Boost listing? Can you explain further what do you mean by boost listing? What do you want to achieve with that?
In Facebook under marketplace got boost listing where o can boost my post. I am not sure how efficient it is. Sorry ya. Im just desperately trying to learn as i also lost my job due to pandemic. And started a homebase kitchen. But i dont know much how can my post achieve certain places. Very sorry if it ia confusing you..
@Ras Ramesh owh no worries. Apologize because I have not use the boost function on fb market place. Ok so if boosting and spending money on getting your service out to more people is something you intend to do, I strongly recommend you don’t simply boost any listing or post. It’s going to be a waste of money. To effectively use money in advertising on Facebook, you really need to have a knowledge and skills of knowing how Facebook paid advertising work. You need to specifically learn the technicals of setting your ads on who to target. Which area to target, what are their age group. You don’t want to target people around 12-16 years old or 55-65 years old which not very familiar with ordering food from your kitchen online. You want to get the right age group that at least familiar with ordering food from grab ect. Hence there are more details you need to set in your ads in order for you not to spent so much money in advertising. The goal of advertising on social media is at least spent 1 dollar on ads and make back at least 3 dollars from your sales. If not you will lose money and it will kills your business. I can’t teach you the whole syllabus here by typing in the comments on how to do audience targeting for Facebook ads because it’s a very long and technical process. I suggest you can sign up for a course on Facebook ads or you can spent a little bit of time searching through YouTube, using the keywords that I just mentioned above such as, “how to do audience targeting in Facebook ads”
